Paul Dominski is a senior organizational leader with a proven track record of excellence extending across disciplines and industries. With a career that spans more than 20 years of experience in marketing, human resources, organizational effectiveness, talent management and enhancing business performance through leadership, he brings strategic vision and real-world insight into what it takes to build the foundation for organizational growth. His expertise includes international start-ups, creating human resources departments, reshaping infrastructure for growth, creating and implementing leadership programs to improve corporate results, talent acquisition and development, executing senior-level training programs, and leading organizational effectiveness functions to support large-scale operations. Prior to joining the senior team at Park Nicollet Health Services, where he also serves as a member of the Board of Directors, Paul held leadership roles at Target and May Department Stores. He received an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan.
